My Role
At Worldpay I was a member of the Change and Technology Services (CATS) team, providing UX consultancy for building a new Worldpay Enterprise Acquiring Platform. I was working on Customer management user interface – ‘Merchant on-boarding process’, ‘Merchant settlement’ and Financial products user interface – ‘Merchant payments configuration’, ‘Tariffs / Transaction charges’, ‘FX’.
Enterprise Acquiring Platform
I was working with Business Analysts, Product Owners and Development teams to capture and translate business requirements into a consistent way for displaying particular types of information on the user interface. Following stakeholders’ workshops and focus groups I converted gathered information to end-to-end Axure prototypes that would emulate real functionally and the interaction style of the upcoming platform. I’ve conducted User testing of interactive prototypes with Operations and Production teams to ensure the actual business requirements meet user needs and usability best practice.
Reference Data Store
Reference Data Store (RDS) is an internal application aimed to provide the business with the ability to store Enterprise Reference Data. The Enterprise Reference Data will be owned and governed by a centralised Data Management Team. I was providing Service Design and full product life cycle UX support for the bespoke application that enables to create and maintain reference data across entire enterprise platform:
- Collaborating with the Data Management Team to gather business requirements and develop usable solutions for List Of Values (LOV) information collection user journeys.
- Translating business requirements into effective information architectures and user Interaction to navigate through complex information.
- Creating use cases, task flows, interactive prototypes and user testing to validate with the Data Management Team.
